Automatic Palletiser

Different versions of automatic palletisers are available:
MOD. MULTIPAL is a multi-position portal-kind palletising machine, suitable to carry on the contemporary operation on different pallets. Suitable to palletise box and / or sacks. Upon request movable shuttle for the feeding of the empty pallet to each palletising position and for the conveyance of the full pallet towards the exit.
MOD. AUTOPAL is an automatic boxes palettiser layer by layer, by means of retractile platform.

Shelving and Racking Systems

The secret to a well organized storage system is in the storage structure adopted. Very often, the traditional shelf is not sufficient to meet the quantities and dimension of the article to store and still the use of pallet racking is excessive. For this situation we offer a new concept of shelving designed in futuristic technology in every particular, allowing a "made to measure" storage system. In fact our profile is unique in its kind, rendering it particularly resistant. Thanks to the beams' steel texture and design, attention is directed to where weight pressures most, avoiding useless waste of material along the neutral axis. The unique end result is a profile offering a remarkable weight capacity in contrast to the light weight of the beam. A system with high weight capacity, but at the same time easy to assemble and highly cost effective. Moreover, thanks to the material and technology used in production, it offers great versatility. While the traditional loading bay hardly exceeds 1 meter in length, this product can be supplied in several dimensions from 900 mm, increased by 300mm, to a maximum of 2100 mm. Depth of the loading bay also varies from 300 mm to 1200 mm. These features are complimented by the fact that the structure is made from completely hot-dipped galvanized steel, guaranteeing maximum protection against corrosive agent, and also rendering it ideal for humid and cold environments such as cold rooms. Our system can also be completed with several accessories, changing its use from exhaust pipe storage, to clothes hanger, to a versatile bin system with vertical separators. If needed, side frames can also be supplied covered.

Mobile Basis Warehouses

The evolution of the logistic of store and archives, is evermore motivated by the need for economy of space. The Mobile Basis Warehouses, are manually, mechanically or electronically mobile shelving systems. They constitutes our proposal in reply to the ever increasing demand for a modern solution to this matter. The system provides you with the possibility to store double the material, using the same space of a traditional shelving system. This thanks to the fact that system needs only one service passage, on its own rendering service throughout the system.

If the archiving is the result of a tradition of conservation, our solution is a rationalized enhancement of this tradition. Originated on mobile modules on a platform predisposed with rails and conveyors, the system marries construction semplicity,material quality, silent operation and contained costs. The success in this formula, charaterised by the single service passage, is complemented with the option to add on and customise further this system. Mobile Basis solution is recommended for a number of good reasins: 1) Consistent reduction of the high cost of occupied space through the utilisation of all the wasted space present in the traditional shelving system; 2) Protected and controlled archiving; 3) Absolute economy, modular expansion and operating versatility.

Overhead Light Transport System

The Light Automatic Transport System (SLATS) is specifically studied (and realized) for hospitals installations and it is designed to safely, rapidly and flexibly connect the following areas:

The system can serve many floors and many stations for each floor. Total monorail circuit length can be over 1500 meters. Material transport is performed by electrically powered “Shuttle” vehicles equipped with a swiveling container, carrying a payload of max. 10 kg in a volume of approx. 25 litres, travelling on an electrified monorail consisting of extruded aluminum alloy profiles Electrical power is supplied to the vehicles by means of bus bars (power rails) with a maximum voltage of 60VDC and PELV class (protected extra-low voltage) electrical protection.
Materials typically transported in the swiveling container (that may be autoclave-sterilized) are:
• organic test specimens
• X-ray, echography, CAT scan plates
• sterile materials
• urgent medicines
• clinical reports, correspondence, forms, stationery.

The monorail circuit can be equipped with a series of rail switches that allow addressing the Shuttle vehicles to the required locations. In the sloped sections, the Shuttles obtain the necessary traction by means of a continuous toothed rack. The Shuttles travel along the circuit with an average speed of 0.4 m/sec, and slow down to a safe speed in the entry and exit sections of the stations.

This solution, studied for hospital activity, can be also installed in areas where the high speed, light load unit and safe transport are necessary: banks, nuclear installation, pharmaceutical factories, etc..

Automated Truck Loading and Unloading Systems

ROLLERKIT, fits either old or new semi-trailers or trucks and, in connection with our Loading Docks, it allows in 90 seconds, to transfer a complete 13,6 m long semi-trailer load. Rollerkit is composed by 2 SLIP-CHAINS and by 4, 5 or 6 ROWS OF IDLE ROLLERS with pneumatic lift. The automatic system can rise and move the load to the required direction, the rollertracks provide side support for safe and easy movement of the load. While loading and unloading, the system lifts the load above the floor, inflating air, taken from the pneumatic vehicle system, inside the airbags placed underneath the chain and roller channels. When driving, instead, rollers and chains are completely lowered under the vehicle floor to lean the load on it for a secure transport.

Air-cargo Handling Systems

Pneumatic lifted steel roller ways, most used on vehicles to transport AIR-CARGO PALLETS.
The idle rollers, when lifted by inflating airbags, allow a safe and quick handling of the large trays used for the transport by air. When the rollers are down, they disappear beneath the loading platform and thus the load can firmly rest on it during its transport.
In the automatic version, loads are moved by means of electrically POWERED ROLLERS, set at established distance all along the loading platform. These rollers provide for a quick, safe and smooth handling of pallets in the direction required.
For the frames with reduced thickness ROLLERTRACK is provided with some pushers or a smaller-size powered roller in the thrust ring area. Pneumatic pallet stoppers are also available in order to provide for load security and firmness.
